problem 16 year old girl

i have a 16 year old daughter, that has assaulted me and ran away to her older sister house,she now wants to live with her sister and her sister is looking for me to pay her child support, I never told my daughter to leave my household , her older sister does not have custody of her and is not the role model my 16 year old needs, what rights do I have as a parent
