Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i need a pro-bono atty for an upcoming case on december 16,2009-family divorce case-we have been divorced for 10 years-my ex just kicked my daughter out of the house on his week of joint custody visitation and i am now in need of an atty to help me get full custody. can anyone help me?

This is not the place to look for a pro bono attorney. You can try to qualify for free legal aid at a legal aid clinic in your area. See the Florida Bar website www.floridabar.org for a list of clinics in your area.

My colleague Ms. Grosse is correct. You should be looking for the legal aid offices in your area for a pro bono attorney. Please know that even if you qualify for a pro bono attorney is may be some time before one will be appointed due to the heavy load that the legal aid officers are already facing. You might try looking for an attorney that will accept payments. In this economy, there should not be a problem.
