Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been in the process of divorce for a year now, with going to mediation and not solving anything (because the father does not want to pay child support) and I have not gotten another date for the hearing. I am currently in another relationship of over a year and having a baby very shortly, as my "husband" and I have been seperated for 4 years, and we would like to move out of the country. The Father is an absent parent, does not call, goes for months without seeing her and does not offer to help monetarily either. I know that I must have a round trip ticket because I am not a Dutch Citizen yet, until after my divorce is final (my other half is a Dutch citizen) and I recognize having to file a form to move. My question is- Am I able to get established there (with a round trip of course) and enroll her in school and get settled into our home and come back as planned for the court date?

You will need to file a Notice of Intent to Relocate with specific information regarding reasons for the move. Your husband then can respond accordingly.
