Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

process server

my husband filed for divorce on 01/07/08 but as today I have not been served yet. Is it true that after a certain amount of time he can file an uncontested divorce if I have not been served? He knows exactly where I live so he can't say he does not know where I am. What shall I do?

You must be served with process. Retain your own attorney.
