Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Producing additional documents

My ex-wife opened the case to look into getting more child support. Due to the bad economy her child support will end up being less. She opened this case in October and we have yet to go to mediation. Now her attorney has withdrew from the case and her new attorney is asking for a recent pay check stubs and new tax records. Can they do that after my attorney has already filed the paperwork with the courts and completed a full financial disclosure? I am tired of jumping through hoops just because she does not like the first amount given.

Re: Producing additional documents

Yes, they can do that. You have to keep supplying pay checks so long as the case is open.
