Proper procedure to evict my stepson who is rude and disrespectful

My stepson is now 19years old does not and have never paid rent, is very rude and have no intention of moving. What is the proper procedure of getting him evicted or getting out of my house?

You would have to file a court action against him. Most likely an action for possession or ejectment. I would guess that this action would cause a division in the family, therefore, think about it carefully before having him served.
