property division during divorce

My wife has inherited property out of state (Kentucky) during our marriage. Is this property considered to be both of ours? This is a farm and we have rented some of the land to an person not related to either families for cattle grazing.

Inheritance is not normally considered marital property. The income from it may or may not be marital.
