Property Foreclosure

I divorced my ex and settled for 25% of the house once sold, however, forgot to put a sell-by date. I now have been summoned because he has defaulted on the mortgage and it will go in foreclosure. I want to know what I can do to force him to pay me my 25%. per divorce papers, he is responsible for mortgage payments.

Unless the divorce judgment provided for this occurrence, or required him to make the mortgage payments, there is little you can do.
