Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Property Rights

My husband owned the house we live in before we were married. He refinanced the mortgage after we were married, my name is not on the mortgage yet I had to sign papers so he could get the mortgage.

We are going to be divorced and he tells me I do not have any ownership in the house.

Since he re-mortgaged after the marriage do I have any intrest in the home?
