Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

property

I am currently separated from my husband, not a legal separation, just separated. We are going to get a divorce,

but not excatly sure when due to finances. We both own a home-which he lives in. I was given a mobile home, which I live in. I do not want the house, I want him to have it, but feel I should have some sort of compensation, since the house can sell more than we are paying for it. Without getting a divorce-can I sign off on the house after I ask for some sort of financial settlement?
