Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Property

I am unable to find my ex to buy him out of the house we lived in. The divorce was when my daughter turned 18 we would sell or I would buy him out. He is no where to be found and I need to do repairs but don't want to invest any money if I am not going to get to keep this house.

You have a difficult situation which probably would require the services of a Private Investigator. I would obtain an appraisal of the home and file an enforcement action in Family Court. The Court can appoint an Attorney Ad Litem to protect your ex husband's interests. The Court upon payment of his portion of the home's equity court award you 100% interest in the property.
