For purposes of proving that in court, you will probably need to get an appraisal done. I am not sure of how much faith the court would have in Zillow or Trulia, especially if this is for an issue that the parties do not agree about.

The introduction of evidence will depend on what you and the opposing party can agree is admissible. Typically, in order to introduce documents you have to have a custodian of records or someone else to testify as to their reliability. With a service like Trulia or Zillow, you are probably not going to subpoena someone from those companies to testify at your trial. However, if you and the opposing party agree that it can be introduced as evidence, then the judge will consider it. You can also get a copy of the report from your county's property appraiser's office- but most people would argue that their valuations are low. The best and most reliable and accurate method would be to hire an appraiser and have them testify or provide you with a report.
