Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
What would it take to prove that a wife tried to kill her husband by giving him drugs while he was having a heart attack? Would a wittness to her admitting it be enough?
Would that be enough to win a divorce from her and not allow her to get the house?
Thanks

Good news and bad: you don't need attempted murder to get a divorce. You just need to file for divorce and you get it. You don't need to prove anything other than that you don't want to be married.
The bad news is that you probably only get half the equity in the house, even if she tried to kill you. Check with a local lawyer to see if you have any right to more than half the house (for some reason unrelated to murder).
