Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I provide health ins. for my son,and half of medical expenses, before, they are paid by my ex's secondary policy, which are incurred every single month, avg 65-200.for the last 10yrs,although, he is extremely active in sports and healthy! How do I prove in court that she in fact has a secondary policy? For 8 months she has sent me bills that she prints off of her own computer, but I can't confirm the charges are true due to HIPPA policies.Thank You for any advise.

to start with she is suppose to give you the bills. You are not suppose to be paying what she perceives as "your share" without proof. contact the Dr. who is tending to your son and ask what insurance has paid.
