I purchased my home in FL as a single woman in 2004. Got married 2007. If I divorce, does my husband have any rights to my home?

That depends on a few factors. When you got married, was the home already paid for? If not, the payments made on the home have arguably been made with marital asserts and he may have some claim on a percentage of the home's value.

Three years of marriage - I hardly think he would be - the economic trend on r/e value is downward at best so probably not worth fighting about. However, if you used his funds to make your mortgage payments and he did the upkeep of the property, improved it or whatever, those things can be taken into account. If you are fighting over things then he will ask for some equitable distribution but it could be offset by other factors. So the big answer ..... IT DEPENDS
