Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello. I have a purge for child support, I missed the deadline for payment of fees. Now I have a warrant for my arrest. I was told if I pay my purge I'll be released from sheriffs office in a couple of hours. I'm willing to pay the fees today but someone also informed me about bonds on purges. How do I know if I have a bond on my purge? Can you help me? I am getting stipulating answers.

You can review the Judges file at the Clerk of Courts office, it will have any Bond information.

There is no such thing like that. You have to pay the purge in full at the sheriff NOT the child support clerk. Then the warrant will be recalled.
