Injunctions are fraught with methods of abuse. Yes, many times an injunction is used as a tool to hurt rather than protect. Often petitioners will lie about violations. If you have an injunction against you then you need to do everything in your power to protect yourself. Keep a journal, a log, of when she calls or if her daughter calls you. Write down date and time and what was said. List witnesses that were there during the call. This goes for any contact whatsoever. An injunction is a bullseye painted on your back - you need to take cover for the duration. Call me if you want to discuss this or get in touch with an attorney to get an understanding of your situation. The money will be well worth the knowledge. You are on a thin line to possible criminal charges, be careful.
