Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I put a motion in on a post divorce where the ex-wife was the Petitioner, Am I the petitioner for my motions even though she was in the original case?

Also, How can I counter a frivolous accusation to ask for something when she is proven to be just harrasing me?

You are still the Respondent. That never changes. File a motion to strike her frivilous motions and set your motion to strike on the judge's docket.
