Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need help. we have put in a supplemental petition for a parenting plan for sole legal custody. The mother has been one for a year and we dont know where she is. she showed up at a child support court date but she still didnt tell us where she is she hasnt contacted child in a year. The courts could not find her so they ask us to fill out a affadavit of diligent search and inquiry. they dont feel we had enough evidence we couldnt find her they want us to do the freedom of information act in the post office and look up dmv record how do you do that and what else can we make us give them more information

Mr Rose is absolutely correct. Sometimes there are just some things you can not do pro se. As you have probably found out there are no do overs and if you do something that is not to the liking of the Judge you will spin your wheels trying to comply and still may not have the correct information to supply.
