Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Q: Do I file a motion for default for non production of supporting documents, it has been over 30 days in family law in the state of FL.

My ex wife reopened our parenting plan by making accusations against me, I responded to the petition and asked her to produce documentation proving these allegations, I filed on November 14,2012 and she was given 30 days to produce this evidence. It is now over the 30 day period. What forms do I file, motion for default for non production of evidence? Or something else?

You need to file a motion to compel and set a hearing and serve it on her. From what you stated above, I really believe you will need to have an attorney to represent you. If I can be of assistance, please contact my office for an appointment.
