Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Q: I need help with the interpretation of this statement.

"Within 30 days of the commencement of this parenting plan, the Father shall pay the Mother back child support in the amount of XX per month for the months of A through Z for a total of $XYZ." Is this supposed to be paid all at once or "XX amount per month" until paying off the total amount, no matter how many months it takes? I interpret it as "pay $XYZ at once within 30 days."

Are there any laws that I can refer to in order to support the answer? Please let me know. Thanks.
