Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Do Not Qualify for Any Assistance becuase your Name holds Assets

In the State of Florida; I separated last year, I worked for my husband till then, I am unemployed living on borrowed money, can't afford an attorney and all government agencies that I've seeked legal representation say I do not qualify becuase I have assets. These assets are real estate & 2 vehicles, my home 2 months behind in mortgage and 3 years of taxes unpaid, other property spouse took possesion & has not paid mortgage since January it is in foreclosure at this time & also 3 years in taxes owed. Is there any help for me or must I wait till my children & I are homeless before I qualify for assistance to get a divorce?
