Question (1): when does alimony stop

question (2): if divorce papers say get house out of my name how do i go about when divorce papers and bankrucy papers say to get it out and its still not out

question (3): if i was expose to file taxes on my daughter odd years and she filed before i could and now my daughter is 20 years old and out of her house. can i take her back to court

1. stops if the papers address that issue and state when.

2. file a contempt against the spouse and request the house be refinance within 30 days in order to remove your name or since the economy is so bad, take the house back and remove spouse from it and get your credit cleared up.

3. Take your divorce papers to the IRS and show them the order issued by the court that you are to have deduction every other year - they will file a tax lien against her and will reimburse you for the lost income.
