Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a question hopefully you can answer. My ex husband has sent me papers saying he is going to try and modify his alimony obligation to me.I was given lifetime alimony(I believe the final divorce decree states permanent periodic). He retired from a state job and I receive my part of that per a QDRO.He is pastoring a church stating he is non-paid there and that he started in 3/2011 the month he retired. He receives free housing from the church. Well low and behold I was on the internet and found a church site with him listed on there as the pastor dated Oct/2010,with a note from him inviting people to his church. Will the judge look at this as a lie in the papers he turns into the courts?I made a copy of it. Also,I don't know if this is a legal question or not. If he files a joint tax return with his new wife would this be the same thing as comingling of finances?I'd appreciate if any one could answer these few questions, that way I would know what direction to try and turn.

The issues really are if he is voluntarily limiting his income, and what exactly is the compensations that he receives? The money his wife earns is irrelevant.

If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.
