Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Here is my question - I went through a divorce back in 2002 in Florida. I am the custodial parent, dad is the non-custodial parent and dad was ordered to pay child support. We have a son (soon turning 15; son was 4 at the time of divorce). Soon after the divorce, dad moves back to TN; for the majority of my son's life , he ended up living with his dad because I was struggling bad financially. I've never paid child support nor his dad when my son was with me during summers or lived with me for his 6th grade year. I would send money for birthdays and holidays and would pay for his travels to Florida. His dad never helped. Now my son has gotten into a lot of trouble during his teenage years while with his dad in TN. The state has taken my son into custody for unruly delinquent behavior. I've just learned my ex was served with a summons to go to court for child support in TN though the divorce and child support guidelines had been setup in Florida during the divorce 2002. Can state of TN summons me (custodial parent) as well for child support?

Pronably not, as there's no court order requiring you to pay child support.
