question i am 15 almost 16 and

my friend who is 19 almost 20

asked me to move in with her

as a room mate and my parents

said yes now is that legal in

the state of florida

I doubt it. Are you emancipated? Are you a male moving in with a female. Are you have sexual relations - one of you could be sued for statutory rape.
