Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hello my question is i have full custody of my son who is 14 he has lived with his dad on a temporary basice for the last year and a half i do not work if he taks me back to court for joint or full can he make my husband pay child support i do not work .

Child support is not based on your current husband's income, only yours. If you are not working, your income is considered minimum wage. You will have to pay child support based on the father's income and your "imputed" income, minimum wage.
