Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I just want to ask a question about guardianship? My Mon gets dementia, so she cannot sign the power of attorney. I want to do a guardianship for her, but we do not have money to hire a lawyer. Thus, I just want to ask how I can get guardianship for her free and where I should go to ask for help?Thanks.
