question about incident reports made by an attorney
Can an attorney file an incident report against a person for forwarding a My Space picture ,of said attorney, to one of their clients? The picture being from their public My Space page that has no block on it?

Anyone can file an incident report. However, I don't see what the crime is that could be committed or reported here. I have a hunch there's a lot more to this story than what you've told us.
