Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My question is if a mother has had a run in with the state and has lost custody of all her children and they are now addopted and her case has been closed for the last three in a half years my question is if this mother was ever to get pregnant again would she be able to keep her child or would the state try to take her child even though the mother hasnt done anything for them to be involved? How many years does afamily have to waite to have another child or is the mother red flaged in the computer stateing shes not able to have children?
