Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have a question, currently my parenting plan states so; the child lives with me, her father will get her every wed. and friday after school and brings her back home at 8pm. he gets her every other saturday morning, untill 8pm. Meaning no overnights as of yet. school ends june 6, after the end of her current school year which is in about a week, then the time sharing will change to father gets her every wed. after school and brings her back home at 8pm, and then every other friday after school and keep her overnight through saturday and returning her sunday at 8pm, meaning she can sleep over now. now tomorrow is memorial day. in the parenting plan it states word by word; memorial day weekend Extends fathers weekend until 8pm, if he does not work sunday (he works overnights).. it also states this; holiday time sharing shall be in accordance w/ the following schedule. the holiday schedule will take priority over the regular weekday, weekend and summer schedules. If a holiday is not specified as even, odd, or every year w/ one parent, then the child will remain w/ the parent in accordance w/ the regular schedule. *** now normally this wldnt be an issue when he will have her on his weekends ex. friday saturday and sunday ok i get it as long as hes not working then it will extend till monday but sleep overs/ full weekends dont start till next week. the problem is this, yesterday was his saturday, he dropped her off its my sunday but tomoorow is memorial day?? does he take the child or do i treat it as a regular day????

Without having the benefit of looking at your documents, it would appear that Memorial Day is your day. Try talking to your ex and working these things out.
