Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my question is that i pay child support of 1100.00 per month. she has been living with her boyfriend for over 2 years. he and her are both unemployed. and have been for sometime now. is there a something i can do to lower my support. also my income has went down alot scenes the devorce.

If either of your incomes has changed by more than $50 per month or 15% since you last went to court and had child support guidelines calculated, you can file a motion to modify child support.

You can file to modify the support. If she is unemployed, your support payment may not change at all.
