Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My question pertains to Florida laws and virginia laws.

The mother of my children took my kids out of florida and moved them to virginia. The mother signed over all of her rights to her parents without my consent and i want custody and them moved back to Florida. I need some help because the state of Virginia's law.

If you and the kids live in FL for 6 months then file in FL for full custody.
