Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

ok i have a question regarding my rights in this situation: my ex fiance of almost 6 years wants to kick me out and right now i have no job no car and nowhere to go and i have a child. it is his house, he ownes it but we have lived together for the whole 6 years and i have lived in this house with him for about 3 years now.. what are my rights?

He must evict you according to landlord/tenant law. He must give you 30 days notice to leave. The house is his and he does not have to give you anything. YOu can take him to court for the portion of the money and time that you have contributed to the household and/or furnishings. Florida does not have a common law marriage.
