Question re. shared ownership of home..

The situation is the following: is it ''allowed/legal'' for a girlfriend to move into a home where the separated couple both own the home jointly and are in the process of getting a divorce...??? The husband still lives in the home and the wife currently does not (she lives elsewhere). The question is regarding whether it is legal for the husband to have someone move in (the girlfriend) keeping in mind that both parties still own the home.

Yes, it is legal for the girlfriend to move into the home. However, if it's relevant, it may affect a custody case.
