Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a question. When does a teenager have a say so on weather they can say weather they want to visit their dad out of state? They have expressed not wanting to visit I just would like to know what I can do thanks

Minors have no say on timeshare ("custody and visitation"). Only when a person turns 18 can they decide when they can spend time with a parent.
