Question about temporary custody
My mother in law has recieved temporary custody of my child because of the living situation i was in at the time, I am getting things ready to get him back again, does she have the right to keep me from seeing him even though it wasnt court ordered for me not to see him, i can as the mother still visit him as much as i would like right?

Courts generally encourage child visitation by parents. The particular circumstances of you situation may warrant a deviation, however. If there are no irregularities, then if your mother in law continues to refuse you access to your child, then you will need to file a motion in court to get an order requiring her to allow the visitation.
