Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, My question regards underage marriage in the state of Florida.

is it possible to file for a marriage license at the age of 16 with your birth certificate, ssn, and parental consent in this manner:

My mother lives out of state, she is willing to give consent so that I can stop living with an emotionally and physically abusive (only when he's very angry, but that's unpredictable) father. She can provide a copy of her Id and her signature on any forms through fax & her name is obviously on my birth certificate so there is proof she is my biological parent.

I have been with my boyfriend for over a year now but we have discussed marriage and feel that we both love each other enough for it and that we could handle it (we are a unique couple, and have been through a lot already thanks to my crazy father and I say that because I know there will be judgment, but frankly you don't know us, just know that I know we won't get divorced.)

oh, and my father also keeps a shotgun and a lot of ammo in the house, so I definitely do not feel safe being there... Can I say that to the courts when I ask for my marriage license? Thank you for your time and I'm sorry ahead of time if this is a difficult question to answer.
