Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My only question is. My wife she is leaving the kids by themselfs from 5:30 am in the morning until 8 to 9 pm at night almost every day, she goes to the gim in the morning and then got o work, my girl is 13 yrs old and my boy is 12, but the boy has ADHD and he need special attentions. I see my girl having adult responsabilities and I'm concern about that. Also can a 13 and a 12 yrs old kisd can be by themself for so manny hours a day? this is my most important question never the less I have a lot of problems having communications with my wife, she does not respond my emails messages or calls and those are only to know about my kids, she also do not inform me anithing abouth my kids and she does not let me know where or when she is taking the kids out of town or if they are going for several days to stay in other house. is this legal? can she do that? I do not what problems but I have a big concern about my kids, that is not the life they had when I was home, I was taking care of them know is my douther tha one that take care of the house.

You need to file a petition to change custody. You may not want problems, but you have them, or, at least, your kids do.
