my question is that .. my wife had some text's on her phone from another man that show detail of there affair ....she erase them could i use this information against in court

You could use the texts in court if they don't get erased, but affairs generally don't have too much of an effect on divorces. Divorces are more about diving assets and debts and dealing with the children than blaming someone for why the marriage ended.

Knowing that your ex to be is having an affair and you have evidence will help in the alimony portion of the divorce. If she is using your assets to further her affair and you can show the amount, then any alimony that may be awarded will be reduced as a sanction against her.
