1)How do I go about getting amanstipated?
2)My mother is the one getting me amanstpated because I am pregnate and want to file for food stamps does my mother have to have full/joint or physical custody of me?
3)How do i find out who has custody of me?

It doesn't matter who has primary custody of you. Both your mother and father must agree to your emancipation. If they agree, you must file a petition for emancipation, proving that you are currently living on your own and supporting yourself. Pregnancy is not a ground for emancipation.
