Whats the right questions to ask in a Parent time sharing custody battle?

This is too vague a question.

The Judge will examine matters pertinent to the best interest of the child. The Judge will look to regular routines that have been established, the distance away that the parents reside, the age of the child, the needs of the child, whether a parent as a history of violence or a criminal record and any other factors that will assist the court in determining the best interest of the child.
