Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a few questions:

My son's biological father has an uncle who is a lawyer. When we went to mediation, his uncle's law firm represented him. Is this a conflict of interest in any way since he is family?

I am pregnant and my husband has relocated to NC for a job offer. My son and I cannot leave FL unless relocation is granted. I am trying to talk to his biological father to see if he will allow it...if he doesn't, I realize I have to file a petition to relocate.

How long does it take to get a hearing for that? My family is up in NC, and now my son and I are in FL without my husband and I am pregnant, not knowing how long this process will take if his biological father says no. I don't know what to do.

Courts are slow and take a long time so file your case now, maybe it will be heard by the end of the summer.
