Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A quick question. I was married to my 2nd husband for a very short time. I divorced him in 2001, but my attorney failed to get an annulment, but a regular divorce. There were no children and he committed adultry.

I'm getting remarried and wanted this marriage "wiped out." Can I still obtain an annulment.

There are no annulments in Florida, merely dissolution of marriage.
