What is the quickest easiest way to get a divorce in FL when my husband (who lives in Texas) won't sign the papers?

If all you want is a divorce and you have lived here 6 months, you can obtain a court decree in Fla.

Assuming you live here you have to file your case, serve the summons on him etc., it could take up to 6 months, mainly because courts are slow. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659

You need to be a resident of Florida to serve him papers in Texas. Bear in mind though he may file an answer that Florida has no jurisdiction over him and the you would have to file in Texas. If I can be of assistance, pleae contact my office for an appointment.
