quit clain deed
under duress i quit claimed my home to my wife and myself after marriage
we are now moving toward a divorce
we have a pre nup for property rights
is she intitled to 50% of the home

It depends on the what your contract states concerning the marital home or marital property in general. If the agreement doesn't apply, then you both own the home equally and it will divided as marital property (50/50).
