My name is Rachel, me & my husband are wanting a divorce. I am wondering if its smart to use the online services for an contested divorce where we pay them to do the papers so we dont have to go to court?

You still have to go to court, whether you use a lawyer, an online service, or fill out the papers on your own. It's always best, of course, to use a lawyer. Better to get it done right the first time.
