Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hi, I have been raising my 5 year old alone and out of the blue the biological father served me paper for a DNA test. I complied witht the court order and went to Miami to get it done. the test does prove that he is the father. My concern is that I live in Orlando and he lives in Miami. how can I make sure that all mediation and visitation happens in orange county FL. I honestly cannot bear all the travel expenses since he now decides he wants to be a father.

You are wrong to try to think you can deprive your son from his father. The father will share expenses of living, visitation, and travel.
