I suggest you file for divorce and get custody of your children with child support and visitation settled between the two of you so that future problems to do creep up. AS to your husband having seizures, is he on disability? You do not need to feel obligated to take care of him, he can seek help from social security if he is unable to work.
You haven't provided nearly enough information, but the immediate issue that would probably pop up for most lawyers potentially looking at your case and hearing that your husband has seizures would be the possibility that he could become disabled, and you would have to pay alimony.
