Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

re-assignemnt of judges for family law division

i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO HAVE MY JUDGE RE-ASSIGNED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE JUDGE I HAVE NOW DOES NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ANYTHING THAT I HAVE TO SAY REGARDING MY CASE. MY SITUATION HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR 2 YEARS AND I NEED TO HAVE MATTERS DISCUSSED AND ACTION TAKEN.

PLEASE ADVISE.

Generally, you cannot get a case reassigned solely because you dislike a judge. THere are times when a judge may be required to recuse himself from a case. You should consult with an attorney who can review all of the facts and circumstances of your case..
